- 400 g of smoked salmon in thin strips
- Zest of 2 oranges and 2 lemons
- 2 tbsp of fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice
- 2 cups of mixed fresh greens (arugula, baby spinach, romaine lettuce)

- Cook the Pasta
Boil the PuraPasta fettuccine in plenty of salted water for 4:30 minutes or until al dente. Drain and reserve with a drizzle of olive oil to prevent sticking. - Sauté the Salmon
In a hot pan, sauté the smoked salmon with the olive oil, citrus zest, and lemon juice for 1–2 minutes until it is lightly cooked and fragrant. - Add the Dill
Stir in the chopped fresh dill and gently mix to integrate the flavors. - Combine with the Pasta
Add the cooked fettuccine to the pan and toss carefully so that it absorbs all the aromas. - Final Plating
Serve hot, garnished with the mixed fresh greens on top or on the side.
