  • 1/4 cup of lemon juice
  • 2 cups of mixed fresh greens (arugula, baby spinach, romaine lettuce)

  1. Cook the Pasta
    Boil the PuraPasta fettuccine in plenty of salted water for 4:30 minutes or until al dente. Drain and reserve with a drizzle of olive oil to prevent sticking.
  2. Sauté the Salmon
    In a hot pan, sauté the smoked salmon with the olive oil, citrus zest, and lemon juice for 1–2 minutes until it is lightly cooked and fragrant.
  3. Add the Dill
    Stir in the chopped fresh dill and gently mix to integrate the flavors.
  4. Combine with the Pasta
    Add the cooked fettuccine to the pan and toss carefully so that it absorbs all the aromas.
  5. Final Plating
    Serve hot, garnished with the mixed fresh greens on top or on the side.
