About Fettuccine

Is Fettuccine 100% gluten-free? +

Yes. Fettuccine is made from naturally gluten-free ingredients in a dedicated process at The Gluten Free Lab in Guanacaste, Costa Rica, to prevent cross-contamination.

How do I cook Fettuccine? +

Cook in plenty of salted boiling water for 7–9 minutes to your preferred al-dente bite. Because it’s gluten-free pasta, stir as soon as it hits the water to prevent sticking.

Does it contain artificial preservatives or colorants? +

No. Pura Pasta is 100% free of artificial colorants, emulsifiers and preservatives. We follow a clean-label approach with selected ingredients.

Is it suitable for celiacs? +

Yes. Our pastas are formulated for people with celiac disease and gluten intolerance. They are produced in a dedicated facility with no wheat in the plant.
