Chickpea Flour
Rich in plant protein, fiber and essential minerals. The base that gives our pasta structure and a unique flavor.
TEXTURE
Rice Flour
Adds a smooth, neutral texture that complements the chickpea flour. Naturally gluten-free and easy to digest.
ELASTICITY
Cassava (yuca) Starch
A Costa Rican tropical root starch. Provides the elasticity and al-dente bite characteristic of authentic Italian pasta.
FIBER
Psyllium Husk
Natural soluble fiber that replaces gluten — gives structure and a perfect al-dente bite, while supporting digestion.
HEALTH
Turmeric + Black Pepper
A natural anti-inflammatory pairing. Piperine in black pepper boosts curcumin absorption up to 20×. Turmeric also gives our pasta its natural yellow tone.
NATURAL COLOR
Beetroot + Spinach
Our own natural colorants. Beetroot provides the red and spinach the green for our tricolore pastas — no artificial dyes.
