Artisan gluten-free ravioli filled with sautéed mushrooms and fresh Italian ricotta. Pairs beautifully with butter-and-sage sauce or a light pesto.

Our mushroom and ricotta ravioli combine the earthy depth of sautéed mushrooms with the creamy softness of fresh Italian ricotta — all wrapped in a 100% gluten-free dough.

Yes. Mushroom & Ricotta Ravioli is made from naturally gluten-free ingredients in a dedicated process at The Gluten Free Lab in Guanacaste, Costa Rica, to prevent cross-contamination.

How do I cook Mushroom & Ricotta Ravioli? +

Cook in plenty of salted boiling water for 3–4 minutes, until the ravioli float to the top. Drain gently and serve with your favorite sauce — melted butter and fresh sage, a light pomodoro, or a delicate pesto all work beautifully.

Does it contain artificial preservatives or colorants? +

No. Pura Pasta is 100% free of artificial colorants, emulsifiers and preservatives. We follow a clean-label approach with selected ingredients.

Is it suitable for celiacs? +

Yes. Our pastas are formulated for people with celiac disease and gluten intolerance. They are produced in a dedicated facility with no wheat in the plant.
