Yes. Penne is made from naturally gluten-free ingredients in a dedicated process at The Gluten Free Lab in Guanacaste, Costa Rica, to prevent cross-contamination.
How do I cook Penne? +
Cook in plenty of salted boiling water for 7–9 minutes to your preferred al-dente bite. Because it’s gluten-free pasta, stir as soon as it hits the water to prevent sticking.
Does it contain artificial preservatives or colorants? +
